What ADHD coaching involves at L3 Coaching

You do not need to arrive with a polished explanation. You may already have a diagnosis, be newly exploring ADHD, or simply know that time, organisation, emotions, and follow-through are taking more effort than they should.

ADHD coaching gives you a place to slow the pattern down and work out what is actually getting in the way. That can include time management, procrastination, impulsivity, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or the strain of constantly trying to compensate.
